Join us for a celebration of our West coast communities. We are excited to announce one of our most popular and longest-running events is planning a comeback! Come in your best wonders of the ocean costume, and bring your friends, your pets, and your props.  Awards for most creative and outrageous costumes and floats. Protect our coast, and make sure to borrow, upcycle and reuse materials for your costumes and floats!
