Join Ucluelet Aquarium curator Laura Griffin-Cochrane for an in-her-shoes actual Aquarium-bound specimen collection from Terrace Beach. Oh! The life in our own backyard! A net, chest waders, some biologist friends, and you. Laura will be joined by Ucluelet Aquarium staff for some seining fun. All ages welcome and boots recommended. Brought to you by the Ucluelet Aquarium Society.  

Pets MUST be on a leash.

Refreshments provided by Terrace Beach Resort, Ucluelet B.C

Storytelling with artist Roy Henry Vickers

Renowned First Nation artist Roy Henry Vickers intimately shares personal stories of coastal life and inspirations, in his own longhouse gallery. ARTSPLASH! – Artist in Action: Rebekka Lim

Currently showing several pieces of work in restaurants and small galleries in Ucluelet and Tofino • Lover of art and the enhancement of art on the West Coast Rebekka has lived in Ucluelet for almost 10 years. Rebekka’s medium of choice is acrylic on canvas, but lately she has been leaning towards “antique” style and bringing old items back to life with art, like old surfboards and windows.
